Customer Care Field Manager

The Customer Care Field Manager provides excellent support to our customers. This role involves leading a team of engineers to deliver "white gloves" support, focusing on supporting organizational growth and customer retention through field support.

As part of the Customer Care Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager Service Operations, this role is responsible for base business retention, working closely with the Sales team to develop tailored plans to improve customer satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for enhancing the technical and soft skills of the team to ensure best-in-class support, supporting the Customer Care vision of adding value and positioning as a partner to improve lab performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build support excellence in your area from technical and application perspectives
  • Support sales in maintaining the base business
  • Provide support aligned with contract specifications and priorities
  • Arrange internal training for engineers
  • Support field operations from installation to routine maintenance and deinstallation
Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in Technical Engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology)
  • At least 5 years’ experience leading teams in the Medical Diagnostics industry
  • Leadership skills with the ability to foster a culture of strategy execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration
  • Flexibility to work hours as needed and willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; adherence to Danaher Vehicle Policy for drivers
  • Excellent command of English
