Job Overview:We are looking for a Territory Sales Project Liaison to increase our sales revenues and maintain customer & project relationships within an assigned geographical area.The Territory Sales Project Liaison is responsible for selling HFD’s services by identifying leads and educating prospective clients through calls, training, and in person presentations.Additionally, this person will complete required site visits throughout the life of our existing and new client projects seeing through all facets of the project to completion.A significant portion of the TSPD commission is earned providing support to existing clients throughout the project cycle and continuing to maintain relationships that could lead to future partnerships.
Responsibilities:·Prospect and qualify new sales leads by utilizing our lead service, attending company approved trade shows, cold calling and building relationships with industry professionals.
·Discover new sales opportunities by making phone calls and traveling throughout your entire assigned territory calling on hotels to increase your pipeline.
·Schedule meetings with prospective clients and educate them about our company and services using effective sales presentations as outlined by the company.
·Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts.
·Use the required proprietary software as part of daily operations to manage your appointments, leads, and opportunities.
·Track all sales activities using our cloud-based software and maintain project information such as client account information, client activity, pertinent project information, and required documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project.
·Prepare budget quotes for potential projects.
·Be the main point of contact for all projects and assist clients throughout the entire project process.
·Lead and participate in project meetings.
·Perform a minimum (4) site visits to the project construction site throughout the project process and complete site inspections and produce company approved reports of the findings.
·Oversee product installation and educate clients on proper construction site product handling and storage.
·Attend sales department meetings regularly.
·Maintain a well-developed pipeline.
·Meet and exceed sales goals.
·Report sales activity to the VP of Sales.
The selected candidate agrees that 60% of their commission is based upon seeing the project through successful completion while performing the necessary consulting, Liaising, and site visits.

Qualifications:5+ years of sales development and one or more of each of the following positions.Customer service, Hospitality Project Management, or Interior Design, or hospitality experience.
Must possess a strong understanding of internal operations within the hotel industry.
Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Ability to travel a minimum of 3 days per week 3 weeks per month within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
A proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
Field sales experience preferred.
Must be extremely driven and self-motivated.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Effective communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Problem solving aptitude.
Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Must be willing to travel outside of assigned territory for company approved industry events.
