Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation, through its DEXIS brand, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Quakertown, PA area to manage customer, asset, and service data and support SLA and warranty processing. You will liaise between customers and internal departments via CRM and phone, ensuring accurate records and timely responses.

Requirements include a HS diploma, 1–3 years in customer service, and experience with CRM and SAP preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer service field required.
• CRM systems and SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and CRM.
• Validate warranties, SLAs, contract terms, and entitlements.
• Enter and maintain customer and asset data in SAP and CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and document interactions.
• Research discrepancies and support operational activities.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.
