Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required for this position.
• Forklift certification may be required based on business needs.
• Bilingual an advantage; strong reading and interpretation of instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned and per daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain areas.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Work in a team and complete punch-list items when needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct; interact with customers and colleagues.
