Westwing is hiring a Customer Care Back Office Advisor in Munich to support the ongoing customer experience across markets. You will coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses, assist with claims and escalations, and document issues across the customer journey.

As a Customer Care Back Office Advisor, you are part of the team that supports the everyday customer experience at Westwing. You will work behind the scenes to support customer inquiries, resolve issues, and make sure every customer receives efficient, helpful, and solution-oriented support throughout their journey. Your day-to-day work covers a wide range of customer care topics across the different markets in which Westwing operates, from product and payment-related questions to delivery topics, returns, and collections. You will work closely with our Front Office team and external partners to coordinate solutions, ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively, and help deliver the best possible outcome in a timely manner. Bringing reliability, empathy and a strong solution-oriented mindset to every interaction, you will play a key role in strengthening customer loyalty and reflecting our brand values at every customer touchpoint. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.
