Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a Customer Care Associate in Wixom, MI to deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Service teams to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma required, associate’s degree desired but not required.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and use sound judgement when making decisions.
• Exceptional and consistent customer service dealing with large call volumes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• A positive team-player, who welcomes feedback, builds morale and balances team and individual responsibilities.
• Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.

COMPENSATION:

$16 - $17 PER HOUR
