Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person about orders and experiences.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Answer product/service questions and suggest additional products/services.
• Open customer accounts by recording information.
• Assist with orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with every interaction.
• Live and promote the vineyard vines lifestyle and brand.
