As a Customer Care Agent on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve escalated customer concerns regarding property damage, pricing, delivery, and other issues.
  • Franchise Support: Provide comprehensive support to franchisees, including schedule management, call recording review, and general inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze customer interaction trends to identify opportunities for streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely zip code information within company systems.
  • Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and SMS.
  • Email Management: Efficiently manage the Call Center email inbox, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with Call Center departments via Teams chat.
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion the customer experience and continuously seek improvements.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales team as needed.

  • Schedule / in-office requirements: This is a fully remote position.
  • Equipment: Must provide your own personal computer and hardwire internet connection (no Macs).

  • Commission Eligibility: You will earn $1.50 per booking, which will be divided equally by the number of employees in the department. Eligible for potential monthly bonuses.
  • Schedule: This role follows a standard schedule of [8 hours a day, 5 days a week] from Monday through Sunday. Must be able to work weekends. Typically, this position works 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, etc.
