Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Customer Care Advocate – Contract – Cary, NC – $20.00 -$20.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Customer Care Advocate in Cary, NC.

Role Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Work from a home office with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office for team events, meetings, training, business continuity, etc.
  • Research requests regarding product details, policy provisions, claim status, and procedures.
  • Process transactions efficiently and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas, tracking responses for completion.
  • Navigate multiple electronic systems to respond comprehensively to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain professionalism and high-quality service in all responsibilities, demonstrating strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
Skills & Requirements
Required:
  • Reside within a commutable distance of Cary, NC.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurants).
  • Availability to work during 8 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Ability to use multiple computer monitors and programs (Word, Salesforce, Insight) simultaneously while communicating with customers.
Preferred:
  • Call Center or Customer Service Representative experience.
  • Strong typing and computer skills.
  • Experience with dental or insurance products.
  • Previous work in a dental office.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
