Job summary

GoodLeap in California seeks dedicated Customer Care Advisors to guide borrowers after home-solution projects are completed. You will conduct structured outbound calls, enroll customers in autopay, and discuss additional financial products with care and accuracy.

You'll manage multiple platforms in real time, update records, and aim to meet clear performance targets while delivering excellent service and building trust with customers.

Customer Care Advisors make the first call to a borrower after their home solutions project is complete, and act as the trusted guides who help the borrowers understand and successfully manage their GoodLeap loan.
