Job summary

Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking a Customer Care Administrator I to provide administrative support across Aqua's customer operations. You will respond to inquiries, research issues in CIS and related systems, and help ensure accurate account updates.

You will coordinate with state operations and customer service teams, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and support process improvement through documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative support or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer questions and problems using Customer Information systems to resolve issues.
• Performs administrative tasks aligning daily activities with departmental goals.
• Handles escalated claims and researches customer issues to update accounts.
• Maintains documentation of policies and communicates with management and other departments.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations governing utility services.
