Clinical Ink is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to join our Customer Engagement team, based remotely across the United States!

About this Job

The Customer Engagement Manager's responsibilities include:

1. Developing and hunting for new opportunities within the Life Sciences industry by:

• Researching and identifying potential accounts
• Soliciting new accounts
• Identifying and building rapport with key customer contacts

Providing technical information, explanations, and support

Working closely and collaborating with the Business Development team to call on and prioritize a large territory

Understanding customer needs and requirements for clinical trial technology

Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest for Clinical Ink’s platform and technology solutions

Effectively managing the opportunity pipeline via CRM platform (Salesforce)

Keeping Sales and Management teams informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports

Meeting and/or exceeding metrics set by Sales Leadership and Management

Presenting success stories and lessons learned on a quarterly basis

Representing Clinical Ink by attending company and industry events (virtually or in person as required)
