Job description

Clinical Ink is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to join our Customer Engagement team, based remotely across the United States!

About this Job

The Customer Engagement Manager's responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and hunting for new opportunities within the Life Sciences industry by:
  • Researching and identifying potential accounts
  • Soliciting new accounts
  • Identifying and building rapport with key customer contacts
  • Providing technical information, explanations, and support
  • Working closely and collaborating with the Business Development team to call on and prioritize a large territory
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements for clinical trial technology
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest for Clinical Ink’s platform and technology solutions
  • Effectively managing the opportunity pipeline via CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Keeping Sales and Management teams informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
  • Meeting and/or exceeding metrics set by Sales Leadership and Management
  • Presenting success stories and lessons learned on a quarterly basis
  • Representing Clinical Ink by attending company and industry events (virtually or in person as required)
