Job summary

Cross County Savings Bank seeks a Universal Banker to deliver prompt, courteous teller and account‑related service. You will open new accounts, process transactions, and explain bank products and services to customers to build lasting relationships.

You will maintain current knowledge of products and promotions, ensure Know Your Customer/AML compliance, and support branch operations with accuracy and professionalism in a diverse community setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in opening accounts and answering inquiries.
• Identify customers for new accounts and transfers of funds.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Assist Branch Manager, Assistant Manager and Teller Supervisor with branch operations and audits.
• Monitor BSA and AML compliance as required.
• Balance cash drawer and perform end-of-day procedures.
• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to a diverse customer base.
