Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and suggest bank products and services.
• Follow policies under supervision to operate within guidelines.
• Achieve monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in an active sales environment and in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and payments, balance daily operations, issue receipts.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform tasks requested by supervisors related to bank functions.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; adhere to authority limits.
