provide pre-sales technical guidance, support installations and on-site training, troubleshoot assays like IHC and FISH, collaborate with sales and internal teams, and gather customer feedback for product development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences or related field; 1–2 years supporting pathology/genomics instrumentation in clinical/lab settings.
HT/QIHC certification, bilingual in English and Spanish, with expertise in immunohistochemistry, molecular techniques, and lab workflows.
strong scientific communication, ability to perform hands-on activities, and valid driver’s license for extensive travel (up to 75%).
focus on clinical pathology, molecular assays, and laboratory workflows with frequent customer site visits; remote work option with significant travel.
collaborates closely with sales, service, and applications teams.
remote/home-based with extensive travel within South Florida.
