Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks a Business Analyst to support Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics initiatives within the Adobe Experience Cloud practice. This role bridges clients, architects, developers, and analytics teams to drive requirements and stakeholder engagement.

You will gather requirements, define KPIs, coordinate cross-functional work, and assist with testing and adoption of AEP, RT-CDP, and AJO solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving are key.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Business analysis, consulting, or project coordination experience.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and distributed teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Serve as a client-facing liaison between business and technical teams.
• Support Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementations.
• Help clients define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement strategies.
• Coordinate project dependencies and ensure work progresses across cross-functional teams.
• Participate in testing, validation, and solution adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with teams implementing AEP, RT-CDP, and AJO solutions.
• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements and outcomes.
