Job summary

Neshent Technologies is seeking a Senior CJA Implementation Engineer to lead design, implementation, and reporting of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) alongside website data integration.

You will map website data into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), design XDM schemas, validate data in the AEP data lake, and develop dashboards for executive and site-health reporting, ensuring post-launch performance optimization.

• Experience with data mapping, data validation, and AEP data lake.
• Hands-on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, and filters.

We are seeking aSenior CJA Implementation Engineer to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and reporting of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) alongside a website implementation. The role will support the project from technical architecture through post-launch performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions.
• Map website data from development teams into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Design AEP schemas and XDM field mappings.
• Validate data in the AEP data lake before integration with CJA.
• Configure AEP Datastreams to support future-state data collection.
• Set up and manage CJA connections and data views.
• Configure component naming, persistence, attribution, and session settings.
• Develop derived fields, calculated metrics, filters, segments, and date ranges.
• Manage CJA user roles and permissions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting, including:
  • Executive dashboards
  • Conversion funnel and content conversion reports
  • Site health dashboards with trended KPIs
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot implementation issues, and support post-launch performance analysis.
