We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of
Customer Advocate. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the customer's representative to ensure that their requests are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Why this Role is Important:
The Customer Advocate role is a pivotal link between the company and its customers, ensuring that client needs are heard, understood, and met throughout the onboarding and service lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating bi-weekly with assigned accounts during implementation on onboarding and installation progress.
- Proactively asking questions of customers to ensure that all their needs and wants are understood and addressed.
- Provide all new customers with ARR and or AME on each of their accounts.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the customers' accounts.
- Acting as the customers' representative internally to ensure that their requests are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience in a customer-facing/focused environment.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales, lead generation or customer outreach experience.
- Demonstratable experience in customer retention.
- Demonstratable knowledge of CRM systems, CX methods, KPI and metric reporting.
- Associate degree preferred, High School or GED required.
Compensation: $63,000 to $65,000.00, based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
Job Location: Shelton, CT: Hybrid work schedule.
