What is your role?

As a Customer Advocate, you’ll be responsible for the overall experience, providing wireless and entertainment solutions to our in-store and at-home guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Increase sales to meet monthly goals as a team
• Welcome guests professionally in-store, on the phone, and in the field
• Provide excellent guest experiences and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Build and maintain community business relationships
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote new business
• Assist with retail merchandising, inventory, and cashier duties
• Interact with guests and co-workers respectfully and with integrity
• Troubleshoot and diagnose wireless products
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive, motivated, energetic attitude
• Basic tech skills (internet, mobile devices)
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or service industry preferred
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a good driving record
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift light to moderate loads
• Good references and passing background check
