Job summary

Capistrano Mazda is seeking a Customer Advisor in San Juan Capistrano to provide exceptional service and assist with Mazda vehicle sales. You will be the main contact for customers and build lasting relationships, greeting guests and guiding them through the showroom experience.

This full-time, hourly role offers a base pay of $16.50 per hour with commission and incentive opportunities, without a fixed cap on earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and articulate features and benefits of Mazda vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure all required paperwork and forms are completed accurately and timely.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and incentives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
