What you will do in this role

  • Handle incoming user requests via telephone, email, chat, etc., log call details into case management systems, and provide responses and resolutions within SLA.
  • Assist customers with post-sale issues such as missing or delayed packages, incorrect deliveries, or damaged items.
  • Resolve financial concerns like loan processing issues, double charges, and payment failures.
  • Provide clear solutions while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with logistics, finance, and technical support teams to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Create positive customer experiences by making customers feel heard and valued.
  • Work with urgency to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution.

Your qualifications

  • High proficiency in Italian (oral and written) and good command of English.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
  • Ability to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized manner.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
