Sales Marketing Customer Acquisition Business Development

Aegon Consulting Group is expanding our Houston team and hiring Customer Acquisition Representatives.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Acquisition Representative, you'll be involved in the day-to-day work that helps our clients reach new customers and grow their business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing clients through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
• Talking with customers, answering questions, and helping them find the right solutions
• Creating new customer relationships and generating new business
• Learning customer acquisition and lead-generation strategies
• Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Following up with customers and maintaining strong relationships
• Working with the sales team to reach individual and team goals
• Tracking your progress and learning how to improve your results
• Participating in training, coaching, and team meetings
• Developing skills in sales, marketing, communication, customer service, and business development
