A leading company is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to build relationships with customers and drive payment collections. The role involves maintaining customer accounts, working both in-person and over the phone, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and have a flexible schedule, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Hiring Range Minimum to Maximum: $14.25 - $15.00
This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them closer to ownership.
Customer Account Advisors connect well with people, demonstrate empathy, listen attentively, explain clearly, and navigate difficult conversations successfully. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential.
