A leading company in the retail sector seeks a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive lease agreement renewals and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing client accounts, communicating with customers, and supporting sales objectives. Ideal candidates will be energetic, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a valid driver's license. Relevant experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

Hiring Range Minimum to Maximum: $12.75-$13.50
This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.
