A Day in the Life of a Client Success Specialist
Reporting to the Director of Client Success, you'll manage your assigned clients on their journeys from getting implemented onward. This position gives you the ability and time to develop a one on one relationship with your clients, so you are able to continue servicing them after they are through the implementation phase. Your focus is to ensure your clients achieve their desired goals within the HCM tools they've chosen, and to do so for as long as it takes. You will create and maintain a positive relationship with your clients while ultimately training and allowing them to be fully autonomous. You will collaborate with both the HCM Account Representative and the client to make Clarity the last HCM platform the client ever implements.
