Capital Management Services (CMS) in Buffalo, NY, is hiring a Customer Account Representative for our 1st Party Collections program. This full-time role focuses on contacting current banking customers with recently missed payments (2-90 days past due) and providing payment reminders and account solutions.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, with up to $500 monthly in bonuses. The position includes paid training, PTO, a 401(k) match, health/dental/vision coverage, and on-site work at our Buffalo
