Capital Management Services (CMS) is a Buffalo-based company specializing in first-party account servicing and payment reminder calls for a nationally recognized financial institution. What You'll Do

In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with current banking customers regarding recently missed payments (2-90 days past due). This is not third-party debt collection or old debt recovery.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assisting current customers with payment reminders and account solutions
• Reviewing account information professionally and accurately
• Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently
• Accurately documenting customer interactions
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining compliance standards
• Communicating professionally and respectfully with customers
