We're working with a well established manufacturer in Butler PA to identify a customer service oriented individual for a Customer Account Specialist position. This is a full time position offering a Monday - Friday daylight schedule of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and benefits package. Pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.00 hour, depending on experience.In this role you'll interact with both new and existing customers who are seeking to place orders. The essential duties involved in this role include:Discussing order specifics with customers.Generating quotations for orders.Solving order problems, addressing customer complaints, and resolving order related production issues.Interacting with other departments to ensure orders are moving as they should through all phases from initial order entry, production, through to on time order shipment.What you'll need for this role:High school diploma or GED.Customer service and office experience.Good computer skills to include data entry, and basic to intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Pre-employment requirements include a background check and drug screen.You should be proficient in:Customer ServiceExcellent Communication SkillsData Entry
