Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in sales or related manufacturing field.
• Technical knowledge of NHBB product, quality procedures and manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotations, engineering transmittal forms, order entry, returns, and delivery follow-up with Field Sales Engineers.
• Provide inter-departmental communications and direct activities to the correct facility.
• Support outside territory requirements, including training new personnel.
• Utilize computer systems and customer websites to service customers efficiently.
• Review export purchase orders and ensure compliance with export controls.
