Impact RTO Holdings is looking for a Customer Account Representative in Garner, NC. The role includes daily account management, customer interaction to promote timely payments, and the delivery and setup of furniture. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. This position offers a competitive pay range of $17.25–$19.00 per hour with various benefits including a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, including current and past due accounts; communicate in person or via phone/text to promote timely payments
• Must be able to lift and move (push/pull) heavy items and merchandise
• Making daily deliveries of furniture to customers including loading and unloading of items, set-up, and installation of items
• Safe operation and cleanliness/organization of the company vehicle
• Protecting product with blankets and straps
• Building and staging inventory
• Refurbishing merchandise
• Assist with store sales functions
• Other duties as needed in the store and assigned by Store Manager

Qualifications
