We are seeking an experienced executive salesperson to manage, grow, and maintain high-value partnerships across various channels including Healthcare, Higher Education, Corporate Dining, Hospitality, Recreation, Travel, and Community Living. The role involves managing key relationships, prospecting new clients, overseeing contracts, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful execution.

This is a remote-based position requiring 30% - 50% travel or more as needed. Experience in Foodservice Management, Lodging, or Group Purchasing Organizations is preferred.

Core Responsibilities & Qualifications
Strategic Partnership Leadership
  • Establish and develop executive-level relationships with decision-makers
  • Create tailored proposals based on customer insights and decision criteria
  • Develop and report on strategic joint business plans
  • Analyze insights and data to inform business decisions
  • Become a trusted expert in customer channels
Deal Making
  • Manage complex partnership contracts and programs
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of high-value partnerships
  • Maintain strong executive presence and professionalism
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Management
  • Lead teams across marketing, digital, finance, and sales to analyze performance and implement initiatives
  • Manage new program rollouts and national account expansions
  • Represent the company and customer interests with stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years in B2B sales or management at Fortune 500 or premium brands in food & beverage
  • 3+ years in national program management and contract negotiations
  • Financial acumen and strategic knowledge
  • Adaptability and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%

The approximate salary range is $130,000 to $190,000, with additional performance incentives and benefits. Final compensation varies based on skills, location, and experience.
