Job summary

Ontic, Creedmoor, NC, is seeking a Customer Account Manager for the OEM group to manage full-cycle relationships with a portfolio of OEM customers on-site. You will coordinate pricing, RFQs/RFPs, and incoming POs, leveraging CRM to document changes and requirements.

You will also engage cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires 3+ years in a related environment, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle manage a portfolio of OEM customer relationships, maximizing customer satisfaction and delivering on sales plans
• Management and co-ordination of pricing, RFQs and RFPs, with the support of the Estimating team, to ensure maximum value creation across every aspect of the business
• Management of incoming POs and PO revisions, which includes CRM usage to ensure proper documentation of changes and requirements
• Initiate sales order reviews and track timeliness
• Vetting of new customers into OEM value stream, applications, customer vetting forms, initial information upload into CRM
• Ensure a zero-incident workplace environment
• Review warranty requests
• Communicate repair status with customers through written, verbal and in person mediums, including onsite visits and weekly customer calls
• Full cycle customer relationship
• Communicate customer WIP reports
• Manage backlog and ship/reschedule dates
• Support the execution of the AM Production Meeting
• Create backlog and arrears burn down plans
• Prioritize activities of multi-functional team, considering financial, OTD and TAT targets
• Review and respond to customer liquidated damages claims
• Work with internal stakeholders to formulate responses to customer support requests
• Maintain pre-approved levels of rotatable stock

Compensation Pay Range
