Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail execution materials, NRS workbooks, sell sheets and distribution activities.
• Maintain customer forms, item data, product attributes, pricing, UPCs, dimensions, and customer item records.
• Support item setup in customer systems, including new item launches and customer initiatives.
• Coordinate planning meetings, including JBP, ICP, and internal business planning sessions.
• Manage automated customer reporting, reset calendars, category update submissions, and related forms.
• Coordinate sample ordering and related follow-up.
• Support deduction analysis with Account Managers and Sales Finance.
• Support customer metric forecasting, trade events, planning inputs, and system alignment to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Reconcile customer and internal forecasts and support trade management, new item setup, and financial reconciliations.

Position Overview:

The Customer AccountAssociate supportsthe Account Director, Senior Manager,and Account Managers indeliveringannual sales objectives through customer account support,retail executioncoordination,reporting,and systems administration.

KeyResponsibilities:

Retail Execution Support
