Allied Universal is hiring a Custom Protection Officer (CPO) Flex Officer to conduct armed and/or unarmed patrols, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and deter misconduct at various assignments. The role involves irregular shifts with little notice and requires strong report-writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Military or public safety training or related degree is preferred.
• Relevant post orders and client requirements knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions that may impact security or safety.
• Notify authorities or respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain logs and write clear incident reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
