Job summary

US Foods in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a skilled meat cutter to prepare high quality cuts according to customer specs in a refrigerated environment. You will trim, portion, label, and read cut tickets, while maintaining sanitation and GMP standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, knives expertise, and the ability to read specs and perform basic math. Preference for experience with band saws, laser portion equipment, and knowledge of USDA grades.

• Skilled as a specialty meat cutter using knives required.
