Carry the Light is seeking a Custom Integration Technician skilled in Crestron Home and Lutron HomeWorks to install, program and troubleshoot high-end residential systems across Colorado. You’ll build racks, wire neatly, and ensure flawless performance from rough-in through handoff.

You’ll work directly with homeowners, builders and designers, set up UniFi networks, and coordinate with our electrical team to deliver an integrated experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on custom integration in high-end residences.
• Proven field experience with Crestron Home installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proven field experience with Lutron HomeWorks panel installs, addressing and commissioning.
• Strong low-voltage fundamentals and clean wiring practices.
• Ability to work in a client’s home without supervision and maintain professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission and troubleshoot Crestron Home systems in luxury residences.
• Install and commission Lutron HomeWorks lighting control and shading.
• Build and dress equipment racks to showroom standards.
• Set up UniFi networks and ensure distributed audio/video reliability.
• Collaborate with homeowners, builders, designers and architects and represent Carry the Light.
• Handle service calls and maintain long-term client relationships.

Custom Integration Technician – Crestron Home & Lutron HomeWorks | Carry the Light (Denver Metro)

You know the difference between a system that works and one that’s right.

Carry the Light has designed and installed technology and electrical systems in commercial projects and some of Colorado’s finest homes since 1986. That includes mountain retreats, modern builds and classic estates. We handle lighting control, whole-home audio and video, motorized shading, networking, security and backup power, and we’re a licensed electrical contractor too. That means we control the whole job from rough-in through programming and handoff.

We’re looking for an experienced technician who knows Crestron Home and Lutron HomeWorks inside and out, and who takes pride in clean racks, labeled wire and a client who never has to call us back.

What you’ll do

• Install, commission and troubleshoot Crestron Home systems in luxury residences
• Install and commission Lutron HomeWorks lighting control and shading: panels, keypads, fixtures and motorized shades
• Build and dress equipment racks that you’d be proud to photograph
• Set up and troubleshoot UniFi networks and get distributed audio and video running reliably
• Work directly with homeowners, builders, designers and architects, and represent CTL in their homes
• Handle service calls and help keep long-term clients happy for years

What you bring (required)

• 3+ years of hands-on custom integration experience in high-end residential
• Proven field experience with Crestron Home: installing, configuring and troubleshooting it
• Proven field experience with Lutron HomeWorks: panel installs, device addressing, commissioning and shade integration
• Strong low-voltage fundamentals: termination, wire management, signal flow and basic networking
• The judgment and polish to work in a client’s home without supervision
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Nice to have

• Crestron or Lutron certifications
• Experience with Control4, Savant, Josh.ai, and Vantage Controls
• Experience with Sonos, UniFi, Hunter Douglas, and Alarm.com
