Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC. in Miami is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of multimillion-dollar luxury custom homes.

You will oversee site operations from ground-up planning through final handover, ensuring craftsmanship, organization, and exceptional client service. You will coordinate architects, designers, engineers, and trades, read and reconcile drawings, manage schedules, enforce safety, and maintain quality at every stage to deliver homes that meet design

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising ground-up luxury custom homes.
• Experience on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing and QC.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication and client-service focus.
• Experience in South Florida is preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving on site.

• Review drawings and specifications, identify conflicts early, and ensure work is completed to the intended design.
• Monitor quality at every stage, with emphasis on structural work, waterproofing, building systems, and high-end finishes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite.
• Track progress, document changes, and communicate updates to the project manager and ownership team.
• Lead punch list completion and deliver homes ready for client walkthrough and handover.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• A detail-oriented approach to finishes and the ability to work effectively with architects, designers, and discerning homeowners.
• Experience building in South Florida is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and site leadership skills.
