Job summary

gpac partners with a respected residential construction company that builds high-end custom homes often valued over $1M. They are seeking a talented Custom Home Superintendent to join the team and drive projects from kickoff to completion.

In this role you will oversee all phases, coordinate on-site activities with trades, supervise crews, ensure schedule adherence and code compliance, and communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom home construction.
• Proven track record of managing $1M+ custom home projects.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software.

Responsibilities
