Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Custom Home Builder, located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Custom Home Builder will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the field when building our High End client's dream home. The day-to-day tasks include project planning and execution, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, conducting regular site inspections, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.

• Experience in Expeditor and Inspection roles
• Strong skills in Logistics Management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in custom home building or related construction industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field is preferred
