Job summary

gpac is representing a leading Custom Home Construction company seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and lead the team in the office. This role handles projects valued at $5M and greater, offering significant growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will deliver projects on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations, with 5+ years in construction and a proven track record managing multiple high-value projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred but not required.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial or custom home construction.
• Experience managing projects with values of $5M+.
• Ability to organize resources (people, tools, time) to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and takes initiative, seeks responsibility.
• Strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
• 5+ years' experience in commercial or custom home construction
• Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
• Experience with projects with values of $5M and greater
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
• Take initiative and seek responsibility
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and vendors
