Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Associate in Kansas City to assist customers with framing projects and product selection. You will help customers shop, locate items, and provide framing recommendations, while ensuring a clean, well-stocked store and accurate checkout interactions.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders, maintaining the ready-made frame department, and supporting Omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and experience selling products to customers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and creating framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the frame shop area and stock, assist with truck unload and stocking.
