Job summary

Michaels KC-OVERLAND PARK in Overland Park, KS is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers with framing solutions and to keep the store clean and well merchandised.

You will handle basic POS tasks, stock replenishment, and help guests find products while upholding SOPs and safety standards. Retail experience and a proactive attitude are a plus; availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs.
• Create Custom Framing solutions and build customer relationships.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
