Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for the Columbus, GA location to help customers find framing solutions and services. The role centers on delivering friendly customer service, maintaining a well-stocked frame department, and supporting omni-channel processes.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, completing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, and helping maintain a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for checkout and inventory tasks.
• Ability to take measurements accurately for framing orders.
• Experience or ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to comply with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock areas (SISO and replenishment).
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store and online."
