Job summary

Michaels is seeking a full-time Store Associate at the SEA-SEATTLE/INTERBAY location. You will build relationships with customers, help them find framing solutions, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

The role includes operating the cash register, restocking, and supporting Omni channel processes. The position requires basic computer and measuring skills, fram­ing equipment operation, and prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop and find framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain the frame department and restock shelves; assist with omni-channel processes.
• Follow SOPs and company programs; support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking.
