Job summary

Michaels Stores in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Store Associate to assist customers and create custom framing solutions. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide friendly service in a well merchandised store.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders, operating the cash register, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and supporting Omni channel processes. Prior retail experience and basic math/calculation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs andCompany policies to ensure compliance.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and shelf replenishment.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes.
