Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Lead - Framing in La Crosse, WI to lead and coach a team of framers, build relationships with customers, and drive custom framing sales. You will plan workload with the Store Manager and ensure timely delivery of framing solutions.

You will develop selling behaviors, manage inventory and shrink, oversee safety, and act as MOD. Prior retail management or framing experience is preferred, with strong customer service focus and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous framing or custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience recommended.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a retail environment with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to achieve KPI targets.
• Assist customers in creating custom framing solutions and upgrade sales.
• Oversee workload planning, inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in Talent Development.
