The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, plus familiarity with framing equipment and glass cutters. Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, supporting the framing department, and assisting with omni-channel processes, while upholding SOPs and safety

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Comfort with operating framing equipment and glass cutting tools.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver personalized framing solutions while assisting customers in-store.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and related areas; support replenishment.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards; assist omni-channel processes.
