Job summary

• Retail experience and experience selling products/services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers find framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with accuracy and on time.
• Maintain and stock the ready-made frame department; assist with replenishment.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and maintain a well-merchandised store.
• Follow SOPs, participate in safety/shrink programs, and support omni-channel processes.
