Michaels in Everett is seeking a part-time Picture Art Designer (Custom Framer) to build relationships with customers and craft framing solutions. You will help customers, process framing orders, and maintain a well-merchandised store environment.

Hours include nights, weekends and early mornings with a focus on safety and accuracy in framing work. Prior retail or framing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Preferred: retail experience and experience selling products/services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and assist with replenishment.
• Support omni-channel processes and customer service in-store.
