Michaels in Lakewood, WA seeks a customer-focused associate to help customers create custom framing solutions and engage shoppers in a well-merchandised store. You will process framing orders, handle cash and assist with Omni channel tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, ability to use framing equipment, and a preference for retail experience. Applicants must be able to lift and stand for long periods, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Basic computer and measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products to customers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Build relationships with customers to create custom framing solutions and drive sales.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and ensure in-stock, well merchandised displays.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find products.
